High Standard
One of our characteristics is that all our homes are of high quality. All the homes have either been built or renovated within the last three years. This is one of our absolute main priority areas.
Fully equipped
All our homes come with furnitures and everything needed in a household. All the homes can be rented out fully furnished. If it is desirable to rent without furniture, this can also be agreed.
All inclusive
Everything is included in the rental price. All the homes include high-speed internet, municipal taxes, water, rubbish disposal, electricity and heating.
Central
MOSKUS Eiendom currently rents housing centrally in the Hamar area. The homes are well suited for a relatively large target group as all the homes have easy access from the ground floor. The homes are well suited for those who want to be close to what Hamar has to offer, whether you are young, old, employee, student or pensioner. Everyone should have a safe and good home.
Professional contract
MOSKUS Eiendom uses a tenancy agreement with the consumer council as a starting point so that the agreements are transparent, orderly and easy to deal with. This way, no surprises arise.
Extra service
We at MOSKUS Eiendom go to great lengths to accommodate tenants' wishes and needs. We therefore also offer additional services if desired, such as weekly washing etc. This is agreed separately.
